Judah TREATS™ Checkout Terms, Acknowledgment, and Disclaimer

By completing this purchase and using Judah TREATS™, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Program Purpose and Scope

▸ I understand that Judah TREATS™ is a self-guided, spiritual, educational, mind-body audio program intended to support relaxation, personal awareness, and my exploration of emotions and disempowering beliefs as I align with my goals.

▸ T.R.E.A.T.S. stands for Totally Receiving Everything Audio Treatment System. The word “treatment” is part of the program’s name and spiritual framework. It does not mean medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare treatment or diagnosis.

▸ Judah TREATS™ and its audios, videos, websites, written materials, communications, and sessions are provided for educational, spiritual, and personal-growth purposes. They are not medical or mental-health advice, psychotherapy, crisis care, or a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, medication, or care.

▸ Anjie Hipple is not acting as a licensed medical or mental-health professional through Judah TREATS™. Anjie Hipple and the Judah TREATS™ team do not diagnose illnesses or prescribe medications, diets, herbs, supplements, or medical treatments.

▸ I will consult an appropriately qualified physician, licensed mental-health professional, or other healthcare provider regarding any medical, psychological, or emotional condition or concern. I will not delay or discontinue professional care because of information or experiences provided through Judah TREATS™.

Subscription, Billing, and Access

▸ I understand that the introductory price, trial or promotional period—if any—renewal date, recurring subscription charge, and billing frequency applicable to my purchase are displayed in the Order Summary and provided in my purchase confirmation.

▸ Unless I cancel before the applicable renewal date, my Judah TREATS™ subscription will renew automatically at the recurring price and billing interval displayed with my offer.

▸ While my Judah TREATS™ subscription remains active and in good standing, I will have access to the program’s trainings, core treatments, and full library of released audios, including new monthly releases.

▸ I understand that my subscription provides membership access rather than lifetime ownership. Access to the Judah TREATS™ program, audio library, and membership resources ends when my subscription ends, except for any content expressly identified as including lifetime access.

▸ I may cancel future renewals through my member dashboard and account settings. I understand that I must cancel before my next renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge.

▸ Cancellation prevents future renewals after it becomes effective. It does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer or account notice, access may continue through any period for which payment has already been completed.

▸ Except where otherwise required by applicable law, subscription payments that have already been processed are final and nonrefundable. The Judah Channel may choose to make an exception at its sole discretion. Any discretionary exception does not create an entitlement to future refunds or change this policy.

▸ If a scheduled payment is missed, declined, reversed, or otherwise not completed, access to Judah TREATS™ may be suspended or discontinued.

Email and Account Communications

▸ I understand that the email address provided at checkout will be used to send essential transactional and relationship communications necessary to administer my purchase and membership. These may include purchase confirmations, receipts, account-creation or login instructions, access notifications, billing notices, cancellation confirmations, and important service or security updates.

▸ I understand that system-generated transactional and account-related communications may still be sent when necessary to administer my membership, even if I unsubscribe from marketing emails.

▸ I may also receive Judah TREATS™ onboarding or program-related email communications where permitted. I may manage my preferences or unsubscribe from applicable emails by using the link provided in the email footer.

▸ Agreeing to these checkout terms does not, by itself, constitute blanket consent to receive unrelated promotional marketing communications.

Participation and Personal Responsibility

▸ I affirm that I am at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into this agreement, and purchasing and managing this Judah TREATS™ membership for myself or for permitted use by a minor under my care.

▸ If I allow a child or minor under my care to listen to Judah TREATS™, I accept responsibility for previewing the recordings, determining whether the subject matter is appropriate for the child’s age, maturity, sensitivity, and individual circumstances, and providing appropriate supervision.

▸ I will not permit a child or minor to create an independent account, submit personal information directly to The Judah Channel, or participate independently in live, group, or community experiences.

▸ I understand that Judah TREATS™ is not pediatric medical care, child or adolescent psychotherapy, behavioral treatment, or a substitute for qualified professional care. If the child experiences distress, fear, confusion, worsening symptoms, or physical discomfort, I will stop the recording and seek appropriate professional assistance.

▸ My participation is voluntary. I remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use the program, and I may pause or stop using Judah TREATS™ at any time.

▸ I understand that I may experience what Anjie describes as “parts waking up.” This means that thoughts, emotions, memories, physical sensations, or protective responses may become more noticeable during or following a session.

▸ If I experience intense, persistent, or overwhelming distress, I will pause the program and seek assistance from an appropriately qualified medical or mental-health professional.

▸ I will listen only in a safe environment. I will not listen while driving, operating machinery, supervising an activity that requires my full attention, or doing anything else for which relaxation or reduced alertness could create a safety risk.

▸ Individual experiences and results vary. No specific result or outcome is promised or guaranteed. Testimonials and descriptions of individual experiences do not guarantee that I will experience the same or similar results.

Optional Group and Community Participation

▸ If Judah TREATS™ includes optional live, group, or community experiences, I understand that anything I voluntarily share may be seen or heard by other participants. I will share only information I am comfortable disclosing in that setting.

▸ The Judah Channel will provide separate notice if a particular live experience will be recorded. Participation in discussions, questions, or other interactive elements is voluntary.

Privacy and Emergencies

▸ Personal information submitted through the program will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

▸ I understand that participation in Judah TREATS™ does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare relationship. Communications with Anjie Hipple or the Judah TREATS™ team may not be legally privileged.

▸ Judah TREATS™ does not provide emergency or crisis services. If I believe I may harm myself or someone else, or if I am experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, I will call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency services where I live. In the United States, I may call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

▸ If I have questions about my subscription, access, billing, or the program, I may contact Team Judah at [email protected].

Final Acknowledgment

▸ I voluntarily choose to enroll in and use Judah TREATS™, and I authorize Anjie Hipple and The Judah Channel to provide me with access to its digital audio sessions, educational materials, and membership resources.
