Embracing A Simpler Spiritual Life
Hello, dear and precious ones, all around the world. We are the Judah collective from the angelic realm. We happily compress our frequencies in loving service to you, meeting your fifth-dimensional self in fields of consciousness which you commonly refer to as the Higher Self. There, we collaborate with you, clearing karmic debris and allowing your wholeness to emerge unburdened…expanding your wisdom within this field.
It is our constant, passionate desire to encourage and support your beautiful journey, which is utterly unique to you. Your perspective and how you choose to journey within existence are irreplaceable and unrepeatable throughout the multiverse. It is yours alone.
We are in a state of oneness, harmony, and nonresistance with your unique choices. We honor all your perspectives and experiences. We are your equals and co-heirs of the divine promise. Perhaps our higher vibrational quality is outside of your current lived experience, but it will not always be so. In fact, some of you, even now as you listen, will tap into the divine vibrations we carry. Tasting them in this moment will birth a dream in your heart of living continually in blissful energies. Some of you will attain a permanent embodiment of these frequencies while in human form. You will model the new human emerging. You are destined to join us in the eternal bliss, which is our continual, lived experience.
We are not the same as you, but we are one with you, emanating from the same Glorious Source. We are evolving and journeying, alongside you…Also moving forward into our perfected state of union with Source. We are like your elder brother pulling you down the sidewalk in your little red wagon. Life in Spirit can be as easy and joyful as that: relaxing and allowing your angels and guides to lovingly propel you along your path.
Simplicity in Spirituality
As you journey, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! In JOY the process! We encourage you to refocus on the simplicity of the journey.
At times, within spiritual communities, there are subtle pressures for this vessel to conjure up something more fascinating, titillating, entertaining, or intriguing to satisfy listeners' insatiable minds. For you see, the ego-attached mind is a malcontent - never satisfied, always wanting more - more, more, more, more information! For it falsely and fearfully believes that in obtaining more, it might finally be enough, finally measure up.
Beyond Information Seeking
And while spiritual information may be more positive and an agreeable substitute for negative, fear-based media offerings, it may not necessarily expand your level of consciousness. In fact, at times, more information can be a hindrance to your progress if it bolsters the ego's identity as "the saint," "the guru," or "the spiritual one."
So this vessel resists the temptation to make brash and alarming predictions, to entertain, or to conjure up new, enticing information for you. Many times, she can see the future, but she does not always share publicly what she sees, particularly if the visions are ominous or foreboding. Why? Because she does not want others to blindly accept her predictions as fact.
Empowering Your Creation
No! On the contrary, she wants you - individually and collectively - to own your power and create the future YOU desire with the power of your attention and intention. She wants you to take responsibility for creating your preferred destiny, rather than allowing others to decide the future for you. She wants you to create a bright future for yourself and your world.
And so, rather than entertaining you with an enticing new bauble of truth or some terrifying, dark prediction, she persists with the loving and simple wisdom of our message.
Simple is good. Don't burden yourself with the complications and drama arising from the ego mind. Use your inner wisdom and discernment. And what is true wisdom? Wisdom is simple, and it consistently works in real-world contexts. To be wise is to do what works, and not to do what doesn't!
Some turn away from this vessel and our teachings, asserting that they are too simplistic, too elementary… inwardly complaining that they lack complexity or intellectual prowess. They are offended by her elementary school teacher's ways and innocent language. And she and we allow them to go. True masters allow others to come and go as they please.
Our work is a work of attraction, not promotion.
We remain focused on our purpose and the goals we aim to achieve through our equal partnership with this vessel: to provide experiences of divine love, so that freedom and enlightenment may be accessible to all who seek them.
What is our simple message? Our wisdom principles are so simple, my dear. Are you listening?
Meditate Consistently
Meditate, meditate, meditate, for in your meditation, you discover who and what you truly are without the noise of life and rantings of the culture… minus the milieu of the mind. And what emerges from the ego mind, from the deep unconscious, during meditation, arises with great purpose!
Allow Clearing to Happen
To be cleared from your field of consciousness in the now moment - cleared altogether, in every realm of time and space, every density and dimension, and every reality and frequency band. And what could be better than that?
Persist Without Judgment
So show up for meditation and don't quit! Know this: It's okay if your mind is present and active during meditation. Let your young, troubled ego parts squirm, fuss, and throw up objections as you meditate.
Let them. And as they do, simply listen curiously to their tales of woe, and say in your inner being, "Judah, please tag and treat these parts thoroughly. Help them to relax and integrate with my Higher Self." Then, proceed with your meditation without frustration.
Many of you have given up on meditation altogether because of the constant interruption of these ego parts. You said to yourself, "I can't do it. Meditation is not for me." But realize now that these noisy parts, which are active during meditation, deserve your loving attention. And your meditation is the perfect time for them to be heard and for your Higher Self, the Loving Parent within you, to heal them once and for all. To finally integrate them into your more enlightened Self.
For you see, to have completely thoughtless meditation is possible, but rare, perhaps found by only a few, very spiritually advanced meditators. And if you expect this of yourself, you might be setting yourself up for disappointment, especially in the beginning.
Practical Meditation Guidance
So know this: it is good enough if your mind relaxes. To relax the mind is an obtainable and worthy goal for meditation. And if your mind races and seemingly refuses to relax, simply say in your inner being, "Judah and Superconscious, please tag, treat, and calm all of this…" and continue on, nonplussed.
Come to meditation regularly, ideally every day. A minute in the car before you start the engine. A moment at the dinner table before you take the first bite. Perhaps five minutes at lunch, staring out the window. Soften your gaze, letting your eyes go out of focus, just like you did as a child in school, when the teacher's lesson was boring and you stared out the window at the empty playground. Albert Einstein received the theory of relativity in a moment just like this, daydreaming idly at his office window.

Come to meditation without guilt and leave your "shoulds" and "should haves" outside of the meditation space. Drop all unreasonable performance demands. Lower your expectations a little and be content to just show up for time alone with yourself. There's no need for rules, no need for strict, stringent attitudes.
Rather, relax the mind. Let it soften and melt like ice in the sun, like butter in a warm frying pan. A worthy goal for meditation is simply to relax the mind a little more than it was before you entered your meditative state. And if the mind is restless, allow that, too! Focus on holding your body still instead. It is remarkable what a few moments of gentle breath and holding the body motionless can render.
Sometimes we are like little children in meditation, itching to move, to get up and go, thoughts running wild, thinking of the next part of our day. Children find it quite challenging to hold their bodies still, as they have an enormous amount of energy and have not yet learned mastery over their energy and attention. So settle your inner child in meditation, holding the body still, and you will begin to master yourself.
To master the self is the job to be done. Mastering your body, your energy, your time, and your attention.
Allow the ego mind.
Allow it, for resisting is no sort of help.
And if you feel stuck in the resistance, simply observe yourself resisting the resistance!
Surrender to Flow
Life in the Spirit never requires struggle. Struggle is the ego's domain, which is rife with resistance. When you stop fighting against what is, you create space for what can be. Relax. Let go, and your meditation-yea, even your life-will unfold in ways more beautiful than you imagined.
Gentle Transformation
The greatest transformations happen not by force, but by allowing. What you resist persists, but what you welcome dissolves into peace. The key is in dropping the struggle. It's in softening and receiving.
Emotional Guidance
Allow any emotions that surface during meditation. Your emotions are not obstacles; they are guides. They are showing you where you are misaligned and what within you is calling for transformation. Honor your emotions, and they will lead you home.
What and where is home? The Higher Self is home. Your heart is home, home for your Soul.
And meditation is where you finally begin to KNOW this truth firsthand.
So come to meditation early and often, and stay as long as your heart desires. Say sayonara to activities that hype and inflate the ego and burden your soul, and trade them in for more delicious moments at home within your own heart. All the answers are inside you. Let the moments and minutes increase and your mastery expand.
Just keep showing up for yourself - your Highest Self - in meditation.
The guides and teachers you need most for growing will find you in meditation, just as we have right now. They will bring freshness to your experience. And if a particular meditation practice ceases to work or becomes dull and lifeless at some point in the future, exchange it for something new.
Keep it simple, sweetheart! And keep coming around. As the mind relaxes and releases its grip on your inner being, you will get a taste of heaven: you will meet your bright and beautiful guides and discover who and what you really are. You will meet the Enlightened You and make room for her in your life.
